Every correction TASFGA issues is logged here permanently: date, affected URL, nature of the error, source of the correction, and the correction itself. We do not silently edit. The governing policy is the Corrections Policy.

That is a statement of record, not a claim of infallibility. When the first correction is required, it will appear here with full detail. To request a correction, email corrections@tasfga.com with the page URL, the specific claim, and the primary-source documentation supporting your position.
